The room were spacious and clean, they clean it everyday, the staff respond quickly due to toilet issue. They refill our complimentary everyday dan give additional drinks without charging. Maybe due to minim staff, so if we need something like additional items, we should be patient waiting them to get the phone nor we should come to them. They also need to check on their cleanness of cushion in the room because the smell was something. The location was ok, purvis st near to bugis junction but a lil bit further if u seek for budget meal like bugis street. Bus was great option to go every where, since there were many bus stop near it whereas mrt bit further by walk around 10 to 15mins.

The location is superb and facilities are most suitable for solo travellers. It is in the heart of Singapore’s downtown which makes everywhere accessible by foot.

Recep staff were friendly and accommodating when i requested for a late check-out. Facility is clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable! would stay again 10/10
