DislikedRooms were not user friendly. Literally no place to put luggage, tiny closet and no dresser or drawers. Two hooks in the bathroom - for our towels, toiletries and robes. We made a mistake and booked the wrong room for a bathtub, which we sorely needed. But the manager was so condescending in explaining our error (the photos are very deceiving) that we never felt comfortable there. There is a huge difference in attitude between those who booked the high end rooms and those who didn’t. Like first class and economy. We would’ve booked whichever room had a bathtub, and we thought we had.
