LikedThe location was superb, surrounded by major attractions. The room was fantastic. It was spacious and with the two balcony's had a fantastic view of the canal. Breakfast was excellent and so were the staff taking care of all our needs.

LikedGreat location, fabulous attentive staff.

DislikedDated facilities, only had a bath and no shower. Bed was very hard and the bedding and linen were hard and not comfortable. The coffee and tea facilities in the room were limited with no milk or Decaf options so had to buy our own. The suite was very noisy as we could here everything from neighbouring suites, particularly above our suite.

LikedThe location was fantastic, not too busy, but still close to all activities and sites. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores around. The room looked over a courtyard which was great, and the hotel was located on a cannel, although the room wasn't facing a cannel.

DislikedNothing, I would have been nice to receive recommendations when asking advice, but not required.
