LikedGreat location on the grand canal, beautiful and original decor, tasty breakfast, great staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.
DislikedWe struggled with the air conditioning and lack of proper lighting in the room.

LikedThe breakfast was fantastic. All the staff was attentive and friendly. Everything is within 15 min walk. We took the water taxi #1 from train station and to Rialto Mercado stop. It was a short walk to hotel. We loved the maid service. The best was the shower!! Just loved it. We recommend this hotel.
DislikedI can not think of anything I didn’t like.we were well taken care of.

LikedExcellent number of tasty choices at buffet breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean in all areas. Near Rialto bridge, but tucked away in quiet area beside Grand Canal. This is my second stay here this year.
