Likedvery friendly and helpful welcome. Room was upgraded, although the bed was very very comfortable it was a tight fit on one side. We liked being on the ground floor. very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Coffee service on one morning was a bit chaotic. Scrambled eggs lovely but grilled courgettes not nice at all. Could we have mushrooms instead please?
DislikedThe garden is lovely and we enjoyed sitting in sunshine outside BUT dreadful pop music relayed outside which spoilt it for me. Surely unessessary in a lovely garden? No complaints othrwise.

Disliked1) stairs to room. Need to lift heavy bags 2) very far from center of Venice and everything basically 3) v small rooms. Hard to walk past beds and even open windows 4) not many restaurants nearby. But the ones available were quite economical and good
