LikedLocation right on St Charles made access to Streetcar so convenient
DislikedOne young man at front did not greet people or ask how our stay was or say thank you….not friendly. Also, reported to him that soap in shower was empty, did not get filled until we told housekeeper a day later. Young lady at front was excellent, friendly, helpful.

LikedThe bed was comfy, and the room was clean and so large!
DislikedThe shower door was sort of broken so it didn’t open and close properly. The room had no fridge. The towels were stiff and scratchy. The WiFi didn’t work for three of the four nights we were there.

Likedlarge, beautifully designed, comfortable room with thoughtful touches like padded benches at the feet of the beds. I found the bed exceptionally comfortable. There is a sundries shop across the street which came in useful. Great bartender downstairs.
