Everything was great, including the staff and the rooms. However, the place is a bit sketchy some times and there’s no gym unfortunately. I’m not sure if that’s the standard for Japan or not tho….

Handy to transport and everything. Great food without having to leave the building.

So fun! Because its around all the shops of Shinjuku. You can get in and out from north or south gate and find the different ambience! The Staff is good but need to be more nice with customers

Near the nightlife of Shinjuku. The room is comfortable for 2 pax (though the room is still small), considering it’s in hotel rooms in Tokyo are very cozy.

This is a great example of Japanese hotels and hospitality. My room was eye level with Godzilla which was very cool. However, you're basically in Kabukicho, which if you're looking for something nefarious to do it'd be great. But if you hate litter, drunkards, and overbearing tourists, then it should be avoided. This hotel in Shibuya, Ginza, or Akihabara would be my first choice. I'll steer clear of Kabukicho, though.
