LikedLovely view, comfortable, spacious room, delicious breakfast.
DislikedHad booked Japanese room for a night but it was not for us. Luckily, we were able to move back to the deluxe family room, which is perfect.

Although a bit far from subway station, the hotel has retail shops, restaurants, swimming pool and great breakfast. Very siutable for long vacations.

LikedI booked 1 year in advance so price/quality ok.
DislikedFirstly, arriving to the hotel for the first time from Toyocho station was difficult and we ended walking much too long as we assumed the intrance was at the road closest to the hotel. Hotel ought to make it clear how to get to reception/main entrance - Google Maps is neither showing it. Secondly, we had booked 2 single rooms on the same floor, rooms quite different in size, one only with bed, other included sofa table and confortable chair. Thirdly, and most important, the hotel is charging 4.400 Yen (= 27€) per visit to healthclub, no thank you.
