LikedEverything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially to non-Japanese speakers like us. Beds were comfortable and the lobby was really nice. Compared to other three star hotels we stayed at in Tokyo, this one had the best customer service. Would highly recommend to any travelers/tourists.

DislikedNo real complaints, maybe the room could have been larger, but that's to be expected in tokyo. Biggest downside is probably the location. It's a bit of a walk to the metro, about 1 km away. It's also in more of a residential area.
