LikedGood room good beds nice bathroom. Useful to have a safe in the room. Right beside the Food Hallen which is excellent and close to Tram 17

DislikedAir conditioning wasn't working and the room was over 30 degrees with no way to get it cooler.

LikedLocation was the primary factor. Large bath tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sebastian and Samia were very courteous and helpful. Any requests I made was fulfilled.

DislikedIn room safe did not work. Concrete floors. No refrigerator in room. No ice machine in hotel. Unable to control the temperature in our room. Was too cold.

LikedThe facility and room was clean, roomy and convenient. The location is not "that far away" from the city center or main attractions like main museums, but, "not that close", either. Depends on where you will go and how much you can walk, you may prefer using Uber or another type of transportation. Yet, it is in a very specific location, it is next to De Hallen.

DislikedThere is no window in the room. In this case, if the airconditioner in your room does not work (which happened to me), you may need to stay in a room without fresh air. Although, in general staff was friendly, yet, you might come accross a staff trying to brush you off instead of seriously trying to solve your problem. I was told what they can only do is to call a technician to reset the system (of course the timing was uncertain, so is the problem itself from the words "what they can ONLY do to call a technican"). The technican was luckily there and showed himself, and thanks to him, he fixed the problem. It appears you may need some luck to have it solved in case of a problem.
