Likedthe rooms are big. but the junior suit doesn't pay the money it's better to take 2 rooms

Dislikedthe telephone in the room didn't work. I couldn't call reception. the hairdryer didn't work - this was changed on the first day. we had ants in the room this wasn't taken care even though I complained.

LikedThe hotel is near the highway, you can quickly exit to the roads heading to Como or Garda Lake. The metro station is not quite far away, in 10-15 mins you are there and it has direct line with the Duomo. The hotel has a restaurant but the offer is not quite diverse. Prices are good altough.

DislikedAltough it is a 4 star hotel the hotel was similar to a 3 stars one. Once arrived in the room, tired after the road we noticed that there aren't enough towels, only 2 instead of 3. We have made the reservation for 3 people so they should have been prepared for receiving the guests and not to put us in the situation of asking for additional towel, soap and shower gel. There are no slippers, shower cap, tooth brush, nothing else beside shower gel and soap. The breakfast was not included in the price so we decided to pay extra (15 euro each person, same price for the kid) but it wasn't that great. There were few things to choose and the fruits for example were not that fresh. I wouldn't recommend it. The temperature from the room was quite high, and the bathroom vent was not working.
