The hotel has a great location. When we checked-in, we observed that the AC isnt functioning, so we raised a compliant and went on sight seeing. By the time we returned and enquired about it, the staff simply said the AC has some problem and as there are no available rooms in this category they couldnt do anything. They advised us to open the window so that the room gets cooled. After long discussion and our denial to accept such response they provided a movable cooler in our room. We expected better customer service from staff.

We were impressed with the room given to us by the hotel staff. Since the room originally reserved for us was not available, they upgraded us to a bigger room. It was a beautiful room and we will forever cherish our stay in this hotel in the City of Love, the romantic city of Venice!

LikedShort overnight stay. Great hotel, so well located opposite the station and close to buses to the airport. Easy to explore Venice from here and reception gave us a map. We used this hotel for our last night in Italy and were so glad we did. I asked for and got a quiet room and it was whisper quiet on the top floor. We had breakfast included in the room fee and it was very good - not just fruit, yoghurt and cereal but also cooked eggs and bacon and a variety of breads and cakes. Also a civilised check out time - 12pm. So tired of 10am checkouts. For this reason alone, I’d definitely return.
DislikedA kettle and tea and coffee in the room would make it perfect. Our shower screen didn’t contain water so the floor got wet.
