Likedloved the kitchenette and especially liked being on the 18th floor, facing the street, amazing view. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. Location was perfect!

LikedA favourite hotel in the Upper West Side- NYC 3 blocks from Central Park and the hotel shines brightly in all aspects from staff to views of Broadway to amenities. A bright light in the UWS.

Likedthe location was the best part of the stay
DislikedThe bathroom door did not open properly because of the hook installed on the back of it. The shelf over the sink was oddly installed, so washing face required tilting. The shower drain was clogged. Toilet seat was too small.
