LikedFriendly and helpful staff on hand at all times. Very knowledgeable for trips, buses, taxis. Bedlinen was very good. Room was comfortable & quiet.

DislikedShortage of teabags in room, no Earl Grey tea. Breakfast was good but scrambled eggs weren't hot enough. Plug formats was faulty.

LikedWonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Very central to areas like Gothic quarters and to Sagrada Familia. Nearby metro connects the major lines. Rooms were spotless tastefully decorated. With the so comfortable beds it all felt just right. The neighbourhood complements the hotel with many lovely restaurants and patesseries.

DislikedIf had to find anything, WiFi was bit slow
