LikedGreat hotel and spacious rooms but ask for a room away from the road!

DislikedThe hotel itself is lovely but we had several issues with our room (the tv didn’t work in the first room and then when we moved, the air con didn’t work in the the next). We were also relaxing by the pool when a photoshoot took place (we weren’t notified and there were no signs to warn us) which meant we couldn’t use the pool. It was quite disruptive which was a shame on our last day. We spoke to staff about the issues we had but no effort was made to offer something complimentary as an apology which given the amount spent per night, I would have expected. The hotel itself is nice but service let it down.
