The hotel location is perfect. The hotel is just across the train station. In general our stay was good.

LikedVery clean hotel, beautiful rooms and good toiletries would certainly recommend this hotel

DislikedThe staff are rude as they dont understand English properly . The check in process was painful taking 1 hour for 11 people to check in. The hotel needs to give training to their staff on good customer service experience with a smile and being friendly . This was the only thing letting down such a lovely hotel
