LikedThe location was ideal, the fact it has a car park was really convenient for us, especially since there is also a Tube station nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern.

DislikedThe hotel doesn’t provide guests with anything but the absolute essential, that is towels and soap. Also, the toilet paper provided was of the worst quality ever. Despite them offering complimentary items on request, we didn’t receive what we asked for. The way the breakfast was managed was particularly disappointing. There was a massive queue outside the breakfast room, and since the staff were desperate, they constantly tried to clear out tables and give them to other people while still in use.
