DislikedI didn’t like that I couldn’t get through to the restaurant during open hours. I couldn’t get through for breakfast or lunch. I was absolutely starving. They need better room service.

DislikedService is horrible. Front desk is not trained to use system and check in took 20min; room service wake me up at 7am for nothing. Can't believe I pay for this horrible experience.

LikedI like the location. My daughter loved the breakfast. Beds were very clean.

Disliked1) Waiter would charge us an entire breakfast just to have coffee. 2) I booked a room for 4 people including breakfast through Booking.com but was only given 3 breakfasts by Hilton. 3) There was one day that the cleaners did not clean our room.
