Disliked1. Management was not flexible at all. I reached out to them about 6-7 weeks before my reservation date telling them that I had to cancel one night due to flight rescheduling which was out of my hands. They have shown no empathy regarding my request and tried to end the conversation contact booking app. While booking app was saying the decision to refund the night depends on the hotel property. 2. There was no complimentary water bottles in the room. Apparently the property does not provide them. 3. I asked to have a room with a shower cabinet instead of shower tub since I do not feel comfortable in shower tubs. Staff told me in order to change the room I need to pay for an upgrade! Let alone I am paying for an extra night that I won’t be using!! 4. Bed sheet had some stains.

LikedNice friendly people, especially the restaurant and cleaning staff, very near the airport, which made it easy to get back and forth. Reasonable choice of dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant decor.

DislikedRun down. One light and fan in the bathroom didn't work. Walls peeling. Noisy air conditioning. It just felt as if things needed an upgrade.
