Big and spacious room. Book for working purpose. A lot of plug for charging. Unfortunately i only get a room without a nice view. Only can view another room's window. In summary, good stay

Be careful about the room they give you. 11538 is like a prison cell - was surprised looking at the wall from the window.

Everything was good... it would be better if there were better service from the staff. Most dont understand simple english... not good for foreigner. NOT 5 star Hilton level of service... unfortunately... so if u expect the super welcoming service, this hotel is not for yoy. 😂

DislikedStaff were not helpful. ATM machine in hotel lobby broken. I left hotel 2 x morning at 04:30am and ask staff to prepare a breakfast pack for me. They refused and said they don’t understand. I must order from room service menu
