LikedWe had a fantastic time at the Hilton Rose Hall. This hotel has a bit of everything - beach, pool, abundant food options, great/varied nighttime entertainment and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recommend going to the far end of the beach where there is more room. Also be sure to make dinner reservations for all your nights when you arrive to make sure you can get them unless you plan to eat at the buffet every night.

DislikedIt would be nice to have a non-alcoholic all inclusive option at a lower price point for those who don't drink.

LikedCheck in was a positive experience. Cleaning staff were excellent. Ocean view room is comfortable but probably not worth the extra money - our friends in a mountain view room had a lush view. Property is conveniently located close to the Montego Bay airport. Two beaches, two pools, plus fun lazy river and hidden hot tub were enjoyable.

DislikedDrinks are too sweet and the liquor is watered down. Special dinners booked up quickly and come with small portions. Wait staff was often absent or downright rude; we would often finish our breakfast plates before coffee and juice would show up and bartenders actively rolled their eyes at us when we ordered drinks. Activities like shuffleboard, lazy river, waterslide close too early, while amenities like the lobby bar and ice cream shop open too late. Skip booking a cabana - they are too expensive for what you get - we did one the first day and felt like it was a rip off as the attendant only came around twice the whole day and we got better service at the free chairs by the pool and beach in the days after. When someone got injured the resort couldn't provide hydrogen peroxide - it wasn't available in first aid kits or for sale in gift shop.
