LikedThe cleanliness and room sizes were good. It’s a good location.
DislikedMr. Alexander at the guests services. This man refused to send water in my room at 1 in the morning even when I told him I was ready to PAY for the bottles. Very clearly I stated I will pay for it, please send them to my room. He instead asked me to go on different floors of the hotel and try getting from the vending machines since the one on my floor wasn’t working. He has been my only disappointing encounter on our trip to Miami. He made sure to not send water to my room and left us thirsty that night. I mean HILTON has appointed such people as their employees? Never would anyone do that for a basic necessity. Water!!! It was a matter of JUST WATER. No wrong demands were made. He tells a woman at 1 am to go check all the floors for WATER. This is the hospitality I get ?

Liked1600/1601 restaurant and breakfast was very good. Big bathroom. Big room.
DislikedFan/aircon very loud and noisy. Swimming pool was out of action. Wasn’t informed upfront, otherwise would have cancelled.

DislikedDo not stay as we did paid then they took out again and did not pay the 100 dollars deposit I paid and took them 2 weeks to put back in my account but not the 100 dollars so do not go here
