LikedCustomer service was great. Jay checked me into my room and I asked for a bellman to help with my luggage and there was none available so he went and did it himself.he went above and beyond.
DislikedElevators. One was broken when we arrived and the one broke down on a Saturday night with people in it. It made me and my friends I was with very uncomfortable riding your elevators. Also me made a ton of noise like it was about to break. Due to 2 elevators being out it took for ever to get on an elevator.

LikedMy room was clean, the area to relax was nice.
DislikedThe staff services were too busy trying to cater to the events the hotel had and not people that were on vacation. Ice machine not working on floors, the elevator barely worked. The bars were horrible, bartender was rude and not accommodating.
