DislikedI had reserved a superior king room on a top floor, and we received a standard king room. I had also paid extra for air conditioning in the room, and we were not able to adjust the temperature at all, and the room was very warm during our stay. The only view we had was of the building directly next to us.

LikedThe location was perfect! The staff was exceptional! We always had exactly what we needed throughout our stay. Our kids loved the gym and pool in the evenings.

DislikedMy only complaint is the temperature of the room. We turned the air all the way down and the lowest the temp went was about 70 degrees even with it being about 40-50 degrees outside. I cant imagine how hot the rooms get in the summer. Thankfully we had a fan we brought from home and we cracked the window at night.
