LikedI was very happy with the food in the restaurant, the steak and service was exceptional, plus the service very much exceeded expectations!

DislikedHotel room service was slow, it took two calls for one to show up

LikedThe location was perfect! The staff was exceptional! We always had exactly what we needed throughout our stay. Our kids loved the gym and pool in the evenings.

DislikedMy only complaint is the temperature of the room. We turned the air all the way down and the lowest the temp went was about 70 degrees even with it being about 40-50 degrees outside. I cant imagine how hot the rooms get in the summer. Thankfully we had a fan we brought from home and we cracked the window at night.

LikedThe area is actually amazing! Walking distance from everything, beautiful view!!

DislikedThe showers had no separation between the bathroom, so we flooded that bathroom Everytime we showered haha!

LikedThe room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the international banquet hall.

DislikedNo scenery. Felt like I was in an ancient hotel. The floor I stayed on felt like it was 1950's. The lobby area on the floor needs to be updated. The room didn't have a microwave. I paid for cheaper rooms that had microwaves in them.
