Likedstaff is really nice, perfectly helpful. room is comfortable, beautiful. location is great. the food in the restaurants is excellent.
Dislikedthe wait for an elevator was sometimes too long.

The location is excellent, the room as expected (but I found the lack of a ventilation system in the bathroom a little disappointing). Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area. On a site note, this is downtown Austin, and we were able to hear live music in our room (18th floor, facing east) until late at night, so if you are extremely sensitive to noise, contact the property and see if facing another direction helps....

DislikedThe beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were not pillowing. Parking was $60 for one day. It was next to impossible to find parking so youre conveniently forced to valet. The cost did not match the experience.
