LikedBreakfast is good. Centrally located. Cleanliness good even in rooms towels and bed linen.
DislikedNo water bottles in the room even we pay 180USD per day. Front office staff is not friendly and supportive. Hilton is an international hotel and therefore you should be able to service international guests more attentively and more friendly. You retain 75USD per day as incidental fee. We stayed 07 nights for which you retained 75x7= 525 USD which is highly unreasonable. We booked through booking.com where they promise breakfast at 20USD but we never got it. I requested the front office staff to include my Hilton honors number even that they have not done. Very poor service.
