LikedThe only good thing about this place was the location. Near the highway and 15 mins walking distance from the destinations I had to be at ( Coca Cola factory and aquarium )
DislikedMan where can I start. Multiple Hidden fee's no transparency, Hotel stinks like a Carryout ( I spent more time at the Marriott ( The sky ridge was very appreciated ) The restaurant and convenience was a joke all prices are off the roof for basic stuff. Basic items in the room (we had the Executives room ) They literally did not even provide a water bottle and when asked for one it's chagred. Towels are brownish. The pillows are horrible. Garage is a joke completely nasty and unsafe. Valet people are rude and yes extra charges for everything all hidden and when explained the answer is oh well. O hope those helps out many people save the headache and the horrible expierence and go elsewhere go to the Marriott they have a Starbucks , a decent pool with way more facilities at a lower cost, We thought over here becusse the hilton name is bigger and a little more pricey it will be worth it, not at all.
