LikedWe were delayed 8 hours on the way to Barcelona, I messaged the hotel on booking.com and received a quick response to say it wasn't an issue etc. The reception staff are great, my mam had an accident while we were out walking and the receptionist couldn't have done more to help! The room was spotless, very quiet and a great size. Overall it is a lovely hotel, in a great location, we were walking distance to nearly everything, we only needed to get a taxi back once. I would definitely stay here again.

LikedBreakfast was exceptionally good, and the waiters extremely kind. There was all you could ask for. It is in the basement, so don't ask for a table with a view!

DislikedThey put us in a room with no city view, though we had paid for it. We spent one night there, but after discussing wth them we got a room on the sixth floor with a view. That should not be necessary. The bar closes at 23.30 for serving, so don't go for a night cap.
