The hotel was nice and clean and quite well located The buffet breakfast was a bit expensive and quite average and the pool apparently hasn't been in use for years which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel

DislikedI have been charged twice by this hotel. Once before checkin and again upon checkout without informing me. Waiting for them to verify. Surprise Booking.com could allow this to happen.

I was frustrated trying to find the hotel as Google Maps doesn't have the correct location. But once finding it, the general central location next to Taikoo Mall is great. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath tub and nice chairs and desk in the room. However the internet was too slow and it would have been nice to have liquid for a bubble bath. It was nice that I got four bottles of drinking water when most hotels only give two. I opted out of the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

LikedThe property was convenient and close to everything! It's just walking distance from many malls. This is best for tourists who prefer going around the city via Didi as there are a lot of taxis waiting near the hotel. Few of the hotel staff can also speak basic English.
DislikedThe hotel is a little old, and this may be evident in some of the furnitures and walls.
