use the shuttle bus from grand prince hotel opposite shinagawa station else you have to walk quite a bit. big room and good service.

there is shuttle bus from grand prince hotel just opposite Shinagawa station so this hotel is more accessible , else you have to walk quite a distance from shinagawa station. big room .

LikedFacilities were nice but rooms were a little dated. Because of the beautiful park outside I had a few mosquitoes in my room. Comfy bed and great toiletries.

LikedThe hotel room was spacious .While the garden was pleasant
Dislikedbut very outdated.The bathroom was not cleaned properly, as I noticed mold growing under the sink while taking a bath .Lacking essential amenities such as skincare and haircare products commonly found in other four-star hotels ( only toothbrushes set) , room service only from 10 am until noon . So when i asked for rom service and they couldn't do it . the customer service, although helpful, it was not particularly friendly, Overall, I feel that the price does not match the value provided.
