The staff was great and very nice. Facility is very clean. Bed was a little too hard to sleep on. Also the bar across the street was playing loud music that radiated to 2am in our room making it difficult to sleep.

LikedLoved swim up pool, friendly and helpful staff Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. Pools were super clean. Clean rooms. We had a pool access room that loved. Nice pool bar.
DislikedOur swim up pool access room had musty/moldy smell throughout our stay. We had to keep window/door open most times and sleep with the balcony door open at night to ventilate the unpleasant smell. Which was mostly ok except sleeping in the morning was a bit difficult due to noises from outside.

Stayed for 5 night including over songkran. The hotel festival events were great. Was by far the best buffet breakfast of our stay. Staff were prompt and pleasant. Non alcoholic beverages were pricey.
