LikedThe hotel was grand and very nice. The breakfast was great, nice selection.

DislikedCould not get access to the terrace because the door was broken and when asked, the engineer didn't arrive which was disappointing.

Dislikedi went there coz i was on transit for few hrs and needed rest, inspite of that there was several noise due to some construction going on, plus that i calledseveral times to complain and nobody did nothg. thats somthg i dont expect about a hyatt hotel
