LikedRoom are nice and spacious, well organized and comfortable.
DislikedThe never heard before system of payment where you are called (regardless the confirmed reservation) to pay in advance throught a different website a couple of days before the checkin under the menace of "booking not confirmed". I d understand collecting the amount from a credit card registered on booking once the cancellation date is passed but this instead is a stupid annoyance.

LikedThe indoor pool is amazing and the breakfast is great with lots of variety also very nice rooms

LikedThe hotel was excellent and the staff was great especially because of the great storm we had. The staff handled everything so well and was there to help us even though we couldn't leave the hotel due to the flooding. Thank you.
