Hotel is centralized in district 1 and has easy access to amenities. The staff is very attentive and helpful. There could be more storage in rooms for longer stays. I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great. It was near main attractions of the city. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms was big and clean. The only con was that the windows open to another building..

LikedLocation was perfect for our needs as we only had one night and wanted to be within walking distance to the markets etc in district 1. Pool / Breakfast were also good.

DislikedWe were only at the accommodation 1 night, unfortunately we were unable to experience all the hotel could offer so we do not have anything that we didn't like.

The reservation desk messed up my booking. I was sick, and the staff made me change to a horrible room, which the hotel considered an upgrade. For that, I would give them one star.

LikedThe staff are very friendly and welcoming. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is well laid out. The breakfast Buffett is terrific with all tastes catered for.
