I took an apartment twin room... It was far from what the images portrayed. Looked gloomy and depressing. I took spa services.. worst ever. First rooms were shady, masseuse were ill trained and didn't know language. They are charging GST without giving GST bill (total fraud). Receptionist lady was rude and argumentative. Far better hotels available. Few things were good.. but what photos portray..this is absolutely 100% less
