The location is great - very near Shinbashi station where Ginza and Asakusa lines run. Its also near the Ginza shopping area and clubs. The hotel though is run down - the beds were old and the smell of the room is not fresh / pleasant. Room makeup needs improvement, they just change the sheets and replace towels and robes. The rest of the room was not cleaned and dirty glasses were not take out and replaced. The room was very small and it was difficult to move around. Not worth the money I paid.

The location is top tier and it's super easy to get around anywhere. Staff are severely understaffed and all of them need to be trained to learn how to take care of their customers because they refused my request to have a porter pick up our luggages. Instead, I have to bring them down with a friend and asked my driver to help me bring them downstairs. Wish there was a back lift to help offset the limit of people inside the lift. Rooms were so dirty that staff didn't want to put in effort to clean it. Please hire more people, train your employees to speak English (as I always had to rely on a translator) and make the air cleaner inside the rooms, too.

Stayed as a family in a 31 m2 room for 4 people. When I came to Tokyo 10 years ago, I stayed at the Ginza Grand Hotel, and I am glad to see you again this time. The location is amazing and everything is within walking distance so you don't have to go anywhere for shopping. The national food included for lunch with the breakfast voucher was delicious.

LikedThe location was great and there is a 24hr convenience store attached to the hotel. The value was good but the hotel is a little dated and was one of the more cramped hotels I've stayed at. It was OK for the price and location.
DislikedNot very comfortable. The pillows are almost non-existent. You lay your head down and it becomes paper thin and the bed was really firm.
