Liked"My stay at Gevora was overall pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, it would have been helpful if the hotel provided more specific room pictures during the booking process on Booking.com. This would have helped set more accurate expectations for guests. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the elevators during my stay. They seemed to be poorly managed and often took longer than expected, which was inconvenient. Despite these challenges, the rest of my experience at Gevora was satisfactory. The staff Mr Mohannad ,were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were well-maintained. With some improvements in communication and elevator management, Gevora could provide an even better guest experience."
