LikedBuilding design & fittings are attractive. Staff are very pleasant and mostly helpful.
DislikedCannot swim in the sea. A massive disappointment. Understandable, but for a beach holiday it is a shame that you have to leave the property to find a beach for swimming. Also, there was a lot of refurbishment going on while we were there. Again, understandable but disappointing.

DislikedFacilities dated. Only 1 of 2 elevators working and that was even down multiple times.daily. My wife injured in slip on newly mopped ramp causing open wound and needed trip to emergency room. Guest services not interested and follow up response badly lacking. A security guard with a first aid kit does not inspire any confidence in adequate medical care.
