Me and my family check in let,really wast satisfied with room. Spoke to receptionist first thing in the morning and they accommodated us with a much better room. Great staff and very peaceful and relaxed.

I loved the room with the King size bed. It was very comfortable. Decorations were lovely. I especially liked the sofa by the window and ot was very nice and relaxing sitting there looking out on the street. It created a nice ambience.. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect location to accommodate for downtown. The only con is that you definitely hear a lot of traffic from your rooms as well as the homeless population.

LikedVery walkable in terms of food, shopping.etc. Roof top bar was amazing! Fridge and microwave in lounge. Staff was nice and accommodating, I switched rooms to get a lower bunk bed. Would stay again.
DislikedCovers were very thin. No privacy screens as previously stated in the booking. Only one large towel given in locker, had to ask for more.
