Have been staying at the hotel for the last one year. STAFF of excellent quality, helpful and would go the extra mile. Mr. Mohd Ziada room decision Manager, Housekeeping supervisor “lady” don’t remember the name BOTH are fantastic, friendly and helpful. There are times where it’s much harder when the hotel is full but STILL will always have the smile. The positive attitude, professionalism and dedication what makes the hotel atmosphere difference. I have seen big move in improving the breakfast choices. I remember my first trip, MOST of the recommendation were implemented from fresh juice to bread corner, coffee self service and much more. The timing extended to 11:00 hrs opposed to 10:30 hrs. OVERALL staff are excellent. YES there are huge issues the management needs to look into; Last stay I was able to view the mock-up decorations apartment. Cutting corners won’t work, YES the apartment looked better BUT the owners don’t seem to have long terms approach. Covering existing Woden kitchen doors short term solution etc. WHAT I believe should happen getting an A class interior to do a facelift not not patching furniture. COST will be MORE. The current solution is 6-12 months life cycle and not 5 years. The refurbishment is more of personal home ratter than public place. All microwaves needs replacement. TV area needs more live. Existing mattress to be replaced with latex and perhaps 200x200. Avoiding dark colors. Flooring preferably parquet. The corridor extension of marble flooring. Adding marble in the rooms as part of interior. It’s all depends on the budget? Love the existing shower pressure but washbasin water is not as good. The maintenance guy who come last time to 3604 because of drainage smell DID an excellent job. In order for the Ala Suite to continue? THEN more money to be available. I always say public places MUST be A plus. Am traveling today and staying at the same hotel for about 2 weeks and hope to see more improvement. YES I recommend.
