LikedBeds were comfortable
DislikedThe staff was not very nice. They scolded us for asking for water bottles. We haven’t gotten any in a few days.

LikedThe location was not in central Seoul, but it was only a 5 minute walk (depending on lights) from the metro and had a hypermart, several convenience stores and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the desk spoke excellent English and the Airport Limousine had a stop right outside the entrance.
DislikedBeing picky, I would say that for a 4 star hotel in Korea the expectation would be that the toilet would have all the bells and whistles, however it was just a standard toilet which was a little disappointing.

LikedLocation is good, room was clean, and staff were very friendly.
DislikedAir conditioning is controlled by the central system, not individual rooms. When people next door secretly smoked, the air just spread to our room and the room was quite hot in day time that made us requested the staff to bring as a fan.
