I paid more money when I checked in and I didn't receive explanation the hotel refund my account less than my expenses in the hotel's restaurant I need invoice

Likedthe atmosphere was great, fun lobby bar with great staff (hotel employee was so nice) and a beautiful terrace. Was close to museums and the arena and room was tidy and quiet.
DislikedThe room was not well maintained, lots of scuffs and wear and tear. Nothing was dirty but I certainly expected an updated room for the price of the hotel, small bathroom and older amenities.

DislikedBreakfast isn’t complementary, You have to pay for wi-Fi, My room key hardly worked had to keep going to front desk to replace it. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.
