LikedI enjoyed everything about this hotel. No complaints. Clean, exceptional service and in the center of everything. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was incredible. Food was delicious!

The Fairmont Copley Plaza is a Boston institution. It’s 100% Boston. It’s a beautiful building from the early 20th century yet the rooms have been updated and maintained. Clean and practical in a a graceful, sometimes grand historical context, this hotel is inimitable. The service is top-level from front-desk to waiters and maids. A great pleasure, plain and simple. Highly recommended.

LikedI love the ambiance, chandeliers and Oak restaurant.
DislikedThe hotel needs to upgrade it's rooms computer system. Our room keys did not work three times, resulting in my sister getting locked in the elevator. The front desk always dealt with it promptly but that shouldn't be happening.
