DislikedUpon arrival, checkin was long and extremely crowded due to our conference. It was very uncomfortable , hot and I had to ask 2 different people before I could get water. The delivery services are managed by another onsite vendor (fedex)So I was unable to request delivery to my room for expected packages. Alarm on one of the detector had our entire room up all night. We called multiple times and was told there was nothing they could do onsite and needed to wait for a vendor. We did receive a note and two pieces of chocolate. I travel extensively and this experience was 💯 NOT worth the $400 per night price tag. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Likedthe room was beautifully outfitted. the staff was very friendly and helpful. beautiful views. beautiful pool. nice products in the bathroom. the location was great - close to many bars and restaurants.

LikedExceptional service by front desk staff who pulled me out of the long long line (there were lots of young people checking in due to formals and other activities) as she saw I was a senior citizen who was having difficulty standing in line.
