DislikedEmpty soap / shower gel in the bathroom, empty tissue box ; stained towels ; dirt on the floor and under the bed Fun fact: When checking in, I was told what time breakfast is served without being reminded that it’s not included into my reservation (I didn’t do the reservation myself) ; when checking out at 6 am I spent less than 5 five minutes in the breakfast room to take a (very poor quality) coffee and (super random) eggs and was charged 20 euros for this. When I told the staff that I was very surprised and would have appreciated being warned in advance that my breakfast is not included (at least when entering the breakfast room) the lady at the reception desk told me « well no, because everyone knows if s/he has booked a breakfast with his/her room when doing a reservation; you should know » When I mentioned there was no soap / shower gel in my room she said « well you should have called the reception if you needed those products » (sure, when I’m under the shower and rushing to go to the airport it’s the best moment to call the reception to let them know that very basic products are missing) Interesting way of taking care of customers; quite inspiring pushback skills
