LikedThe front desk is staffed 24h and the friendly staff assist with the self check-in process. The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the city centre with several good restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest tram stop is also a few minutes walk away. The room was small but very comfortable and well-stocked with necessary amenities. The bathtub was a plus. It's a clean and modern hotel and I had a great stay!

LikedThe staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

DislikedThere were no extras in the bathroom like: shower cap, qtips, lotion, glasses…. The room was not cleaned, when we asked for clean towels and glasses, we got them but the dirty ones were not taken away. One of the reading lights by the bed did not work. You had to walk far into the bathroom to turn the light on. The room is very dark. There is almost no place to put your clothes and there is no place to put you suitcase.
