LikedThe staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I was travelling with my old parents and they were there to help at every turn. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is centrally located in downtown Dubai. All the major attractions are 15-20 mins away. The cab connectivity is excellent and there are multiple food joins close by if you want to order out.

DislikedThe rooms were dirty. The carpets were absolutely filthy and smelling. I didn't talk to the management about this since we needed two rooms on the same floor, due to my old parents. There was no modern look and feel to the hotel.

LikedThe apartment is big, clean and comfortable . The view. The location is amazing.

DislikedOne of the bathrooms had a shower with a curtain instead of glass which made it easier for the kids to make a mess while showering and the floor wet all the time

LikedMy fave is the pool, it was very relaxing, bit shaded which is perfect. The rest follows like the bed, the view, The crew are very polite and professional as well. I love also the restos though I haven’t tried the Makira, maybe next time.

DislikedI think it would be best if there would be more options on breakfast. One more thing is the water temp of shower inside the room is difficult to adjust, it was either too hot or too cold.
