I would not recommend double tree , the room space is so tiny and the service here is awful.

the Doubletree was close to the Javits Convention Center and a lot of service shops and then fun shopping in the heart of NYC Times Square.

LikedConvenient location and a bigger room than I had normally experienced in New York City Had no problems with waiting for lifts, 2 mins max, as others had said might be an issue.

DislikedI was kept waiting for an hour after 3pm check in time as the room wasn’t ready. I think just a problem on that day! Rooms need refurb but was ok to put your head down. Could do with a room fridge

DislikedThe room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom wasn't functioning and was making a noise all night. The check-in process was not pleasant at all.
