Everything is good for this place. The hotel staff can help us with good response. Too many customers, some problems with the limited amount of the elevator.

LikedBad hotel, small and uncomfortable rooms
DislikedBad service, failed management, there is a bar on the roof, that's why there are 100 people in the lobby, a complete mess, shame and dishonor

LikedGood location, and early check-in. Very friendly Concierge ( two gentlemen) always ready to help.
DislikedWe were 4 people 2 adults and 2 older children. Towels were left only for 2-3 and had to keep asking. Also, cups, teabags and milk/whitener were left only for 1-2 people and none on one day. The issue is when we requested at the reception to make sure that these are left for 4 people, despite repeat requests it was not taken onboard. One of my lost luggage was delivered by the airline at 5.00 am and the receptionist did not make any attempts to let me know that it was delivered. The level of service was not in keeping with the hotel chain experience I had in the past.
